Asiarim is a business consulting firm with a mission to provide business consulting services (i.e. strategic business planning and management consulting, etc.) to small domestic companies as well as to assist “small to medium” sized companies in the Asia Pacific Region, particularly in China, to establish a business presence in the United States.
The Company also provides a range of electronic document conversion (EDGARizing) service for companies and individuals that need to file periodically with the SEC EDGAR system.
